Customers unable to visit us during the working day can book group evening visits and from 1st April 2011 we will also offer dates when individuals can book in for an evening visit.

Supervision and assistance will be provided by our staff.

Times

Visits by groups of up to 40 take place in the Dundas room between the hours of 18:30 and 21:00 any evening from Monday to Thursday, or at other times by agreement with us if these hours are unsuitable.

Cost

The costs for all our services, including prints or electronic saves, are detailed in our Charges page. At the time of payment you must supply a list of the names of all the members of your group.

To ensure staff are available, you will need to pay us no later than one week before the visit, or we shall cancel your booking. You can pay by cash in person at the ScotlandsPeople Centre, but please do not send cash through the post. You may pay by Maestro, Visa or MasterCard or by sterling cheque made payable to 'The Scottish Executive'. If you cancel the visit after paying you may not receive a full refund.
