You can contact the ScotlandsPeople Centre in a number of ways - phone, enquiry form (below), email message or post.

(Using the enquiry form or email message depends on which email system you use. The form is incompatible with certain email systems).

Phone

If you would like to book a search, please phone 0131 314 4300.

Enquiry form

If you use an email client (such as Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird or Netscape Messenger) you can send us your enquiry by completing the form below.

Email message

If you use webmail (such as MSN Hotmail, Google Gmail, AOL Mail, Yahoo Mail, Tiscali Mail) you can contact us directly by placing enquiries@scotlandspeoplehub.gov.uk into the address field of your email.

If you would like to make an enquiry, comment, complaint or give any feedback about the ScotlandsPeople Centre or website, please complete the form below.
Please note that any queries or problems about our records must be raised with the Family History Officer whilst you are in the search room. We are unable to answer individual search queries via email.
